Shipping Methods, Delivery Times, Shipping Rates, Tracking and Returns
Shipping Methods:
- Our orders are shipped either via EMS/Thai Post or by request via DHL/UPS
- You can choose if you would like to have normal or express shipping
- You can also choose if you would like to track your package or not
- Should payment be done via PayPal, all orders are 100% insured through PayPal buyer protection
Delivery Times:
- Thailand (domestic) orders are processed in 24h and shipping usually takes 3 - 5 days
- South East Asia orders are processed in 24h and shipping usually takes 7 - 14 days
- Europe orders are processed in 24h and shipping usually takes ~14 days
- Other regions incl. US orders are processed in 24h and shipping usually takes 14 - 30 days
In addition to above lead-times, we offer express shipping if requested during check-out.
All of our orders are picked, packed and shipped in max. 24h after payment is received.
Please take note that shipping times can vary depending on order size as well as current COVID lead-times!

Shipping Address, Shipping Legal Notes and Tracking:
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct during check-out in our shop!
We will always try to deliver our products in the highest quality possible, nevertheless
brick2cube is not liable due to failure on the shipping companies side.
Neither are we liable on any misconduct during shipment and we do not offer trial
purchases or similar.
Further, it is the Buyer's responsibility to check the order on completness and quality once received. If defects or damages were found later than 24h it will be classified as the Buyer's inflicted physical damange.
In addition, specific delivery methods and prices include tracking of your order.
If you do not want tracking on your order, please ensure you select the appropriate
shipping method.
Each tracking number will be available inside your order once shipped.

Returns:
- brick2cube does offer returns whereas will charge 35% in handling fees
- Shipping costs are beared by the Buyer
- The remaining balance will be transferred either by coupon or via PayPal at the Buyers choice.
Custom Fees, Duties and Local Taxes:
- There might be additional custom fees, duties or local taxes applied to your order
- brick2cube is not responsible for such charges and it is the sole responsibility of the Buyer
- To inform yourself, please visit your country's tax department website ahead of the order
